Our own make Chicken Cushions make a fabulous change for your Sunday Roast and because they are boneless, they are easy carve with zero waste.

Depending on your choice, the whole chicken cushion is just that, a completely whole chicken which has been boned, stuffed with our own mix of sausage meat & sage & onion stuffing, all wrapped up into a net pin cushion shape. This joint will feed approx. 6 people.

We have 2 choices on the breast cushion – as above with the sage & onion stuffing or choose our smoked streaky bacon wrapped breast cushion which is stuffed with our traditional pork sausage meat, fresh apple, cranberries and shallots. Easy cook, easy carve and absolutely packed with flavour, not to mention it looks fabulous to carve at the table! Breast cushions  will feed approx 4 people.
