If your order includes Valentine items – please ensure you have selected 12th or 13th February for your pick up date as they will not be available on any other day for collection.
When placing orders for ‘Everyday shopping’ online, please note that the prices are fixed, and the full payment will be collected at checkout.
– Any items added into the special request/additional items box cannot be paid for in advance. These items will be weighed and charged for upon collection.
– All weights provided are MINIMUM weights and you will receive at least that weight or more, however will not be charged any additional money should you receive more.
– Once an order has been placed, the order is final, and we are unable to make any amendments to the order, and no refunds will be permitted should you fail to collect.
– If we are unable to facilitate any item ordered, an alternative will be offered. Should this alternative not be acceptable a refund will be issued in store to your original payment method.
– You will be required to select a collection date and time window upon checkout. Your order will be available for collection during this time and we will hold your order for 24hrs should you not be able to attend during that time.
– Any orders not collected within 24hrs of the collection window will no longer be available, and no refund will be issued.
